ST2222 is an array Colorimeter developed by 3nh using its own spectroscopic core technology. The instrument adopts a built-in large-area silicon photodiode array sensor, with excellent Repeatability and Inter-instrument Agreement. The measurement data is continuously stable, accurate and reliable, and can be used for accurate analysis and transmission of laboratory Color. The instrument is equipped with five measurement diameters of φ 8mm (platform + tip), φ 4mm (platform + tip) and 1x3mm, which are suitable for surface measurement of samples with regular flat or curved radians. Principle
The ST2222 array Colorimeter adopts D/8 illumination mode (diffuse illumination, 8 ° direction reception), and the measurement structure includes SCI/SCE. The instrument irradiates the sample by combining the full Light spectrum LED Illuminant and UV Illuminant, and uses the plane grating spectroscopy technology to analyze the reflected light into Light spectrum, which is received by the large area silicon photodiode array sensor, so as to accurately measure the Light spectrum reflectance and various chroma indicators of the sample.

Steps
1. Turn it on and ensure that the instrument has sufficient power.
2. Select the appropriate measurement caliber according to the sample and install it.
3. Use the Intelligent Automatic calibration function to calibrate the instrument.
4. The sample is measured and positioned by camera view positioning, stabilizer or visual mode.
5. Select the desired Measurement mode (single or average measurement) and Illuminant conditions.
6. Start the measurement, the instrument completes the measurement and displays the result in about 1 second.
7. Light spectrum, chromatic value, color difference and other data can be viewed through the display screen, or data can be transmitted through the interface.
Notice
* Do not use the instrument outside the operating environment (0~ 40 ℃, 0~ 85% RH, no condensation, altitude below 2000m).
* When storing, please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is -20~ 50 ℃ and the Humidity is 0~ 85% RH (no condensation).
* When calibrating and measuring, make sure the measurement caliber is clean and installed in place.
* Please use the original Power Adapter and data cable for charging and data transmission.
* The instrument is a precision opticalin strument, please avoid violent vibration or impact.
* When measuring different samples, please pay attention to cleaning the measurement caliber to prevent cross-contamination.
