Overview
PS2030 "chubby girl" color difference meter is developed by 3nh using CMOS dual-channel spectroscopic Sensor. It is not only a spectroscopic color difference meter, but also a Colorimeter. It has excellent Repeatability and inter-table difference, and the measurement data is continuously stable, accurate and reliable. Equipped with MAV: φ 8mm/φ 10mm platform + pointed nozzle measurement diameter, it is used for color difference quality control in various industries such as plastic electronics, paints inks, Spinning & weaving clothing printing and dyeing, printing, Pottery and porcelain.

Principle
Using D/8 lighting observation conditions, SCI/SCE synthesis technology, using 400~ 700nm full-band equalized LED as lighting source, color data collection and processing are carried out through CMOS dual-channel spectroscopic Sensor.

Steps
1. Use smart calibrating base for contact automatic whiteboard calibration
2. Select measurement caliber and Measurement mode
3. Position the sample for measurement
4. View the measurement results through the display screen
5. Use quality management software for data management and analysis
