TBJ-A3-DJ3 Automatic Film Applicator is a China wire rod Spreader device. The effective Spreader area is 300 * 500mm, the Spreader width is 300mm, and the touch screen Control mode is adopted. The device supports stepless speed change, the Spreader speed range is 5~ 180mm/s (customizable below 5mm/s), and the Spreader Film thickness can be selected from 1.5μm to 171.5μm. Equipped with an external Vacuumpump system.

Principle
The device uniformly coats the Spreader on the surface of the substrate by means of a wire rod Spreader, uses a vacuum adsorption system to fix the substrate, and precisely controls the Spreader rate through a stepless speed control system to realize film preparation of different Film thicknesses. The touch screen control system can precisely adjust various parameters to ensure Spreader mass.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the device switch
2. Set the Spreader parameter on the touchscreen
3. Place the substrate and initiate vacuum adsorption
4. Select the appropriate Spreader rate to start Spreader
5. Turn off the device after completing the Spreader
6. Clean and maintain equipment
