Overview
The RJ-M type pull-out Adhesion Tester is a portable measuring instrument of the RUNJIE brand, which can measure the adhesion of metal, concrete and Miscellaneous materials coatings. The instrument adopts self-positioning characteristics to bring changes to the adhesion measurement method. It uses a hydraulic system to detach a certain diameter coating on the surface of the tested substrate to measure adhesion, and displays the results in MPa or KN units through a multi-function digital display screen. The product is designed and manufactured according to international and national relevant standards, with advanced technology and stable performance.
Features
1. Portable handheld instruments can be used anywhere, without the need for an external power supply. They can be used in both laboratories and on-site
2. Large and easy-to-read LCD digital display
3. Press the button to select the spindle size, Measurement unit and storage data, and automatically calculate the result according to the spindle size
4. Portable instrument case with alloy and stainless steel body, rainproof, dustproof and impact-proof
5, high quality hydraulic pump can be applied to any occasion, quality assurance for three years
6, Pressure and display system are standard Force Gauge calibrated, accuracy control within +/- 1% (full scale)
7. Self-positioning spindle has no effect on measurement results on smooth and rough surfaces
8. High-grade industrial pressure sensors ensure High Accuracy
9. Optional 10mm, 14mm, 20mm and 50mm spindles
10. LCD liquid crystal display, MPa or KN unit can be selected by pressing the button
Principle
The working principle of this instrument is to use the hydraulic system to separate the coating of a certain diameter on the surface of the tested substrate to measure the adhesion of coatings. The multi-function digital display screen of the tester shows the size of adhesion, which is displayed in MPa or KN.
Standards
ISO 4624、ASTM D 4541、ASTM D7234、GB/T 5210-2006
Steps
1. Select the spindle size
2. Press the button to select the Measurement unit
3. Place the instrument on the surface of the coating to be tested
4, start the hydraulic system to remove the coating
5. Read the adhesion value on the display screen
6. Store measurement data (if required)
Notice
• Ensure that the instrument is intact and nondestructive before use
• Choose the appropriate spindle size according to the tested material
• Self-positioning spindles ensure measurement accuracy when used on smooth or rough surfaces
• Avoid severe impact or flooding of the instrument
• Periodically calibrated for Measurement accuracy
• Contact after-sales if there is any problem during the quality assurance period
