Overview
RJ-M type pull-out Adhesion Tester is a portable instrument for measurement of metal, concrete and Miscellaneous material coating adhesion. Its self-positioning characteristics bring changes to the adhesion measurement method. The hydraulic system makes the coating of a certain diameter on the surface of the tested substrate detach to measure adhesion. The multi-function digital display shows the measurement results in MPa or KN units. The product is designed and manufactured according to international and national relevant standards. The technology is advanced and the performance is stable.

Principle
The working principle of this instrument is to use the hydraulic system to make the coating of a certain diameter on the surface of the tested substrate to measure the adhesion of the coating.

Steps
1. Choose the right size spindle
2. Press the button to select the spindle size and Measurement unit
3. Place the instrument on the surface of the coating to be tested
4, start the hydraulic system to remove the coating
5. Read the adhesion value on the display screen
6. Store test data as required
