Principle
The coating applicator is scraped on a flat substrate by a hard stainless steel scraper to form a wet-film layer of specified Film thickness and width, and different film thicknesses can be quickly obtained by converting angles for subsequent determination of film leveling, color, hiding power and other performance.

Steps
1. Choose a flat and solid substrate.
