Overview
LS176 is a Handheld multi-function color difference meter with a 3.5-inch IPS color screen and a capacitive Touchscreen for good operation experience. The instrument has multiple built-in color cards, which can quickly match the measurement Color to a similar Color Chart number, and has color difference contrast, threshold setting and a variety of Color difference formula selection functions, suitable for QC rapid detection.

Principle
The instrument uses D/8 lighting (including specular reflection SCI), and uses a full-light spectrum LED Illuminant to illuminate the measured object. The Light spectrum Sensor receives the light signal reflected by the object and analyzes it at 10nm intervals in the 400-700nm Wavelength range to obtain Light spectrum reflectance data. The instrument converts the Light spectrum data into multiple Color Space values according to the built-in algorithm, and calculates the color difference value by comparing the standard color or the built-in Color Chart data.

Steps
1. Turn on the machine to warm up and perform instrument calibration.
2. Measurement conditions (such as Illuminant D65, field of view 10 °), Color difference formula and color difference threshold.
3. Align the instrument measurement diameter (8mm) on the surface of the sample to be tested.
4. Trigger measurement, read Color data or color difference result after about 1 second.
5. Color matching can be performed using the built-in Color Chart library, or color difference comparison between samples can be performed.
Notice
* Before measurement, ensure that the instrument has been preheated and calibrated to ensure Measurement accuracy (Repeatability Standard Deviation Delta E * ab within 0.03).
* Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 0~ 45 ℃, Humidity 0~ 85% RH (no condensation).
* Storage Ambient Temperature should be in the range of -25~ 55 ℃, Humidity 0~ 85% RH (no condensation).
* Inter-instrument Agreement Delta E * ab < = 0.4 (based on BCRA II series of 12 colored bricks measurement average).
* Please use the designated USB (Type-C) port for charging.
