Overview
The LS251D Leeb hardness tester detects Hardness on the Richter Hardness Measurement principle and can perform Hardness measurement on a variety of metal materials. The instrument uses excellent digital probe technology, digital signal processing is done directly on the probe, the probe is not susceptible to interference and provides excellent test accuracy. The practical value of using the LS251D Leeb hardness tester for Hardness testing lies in its unparalleled portability - simple operation, easy portability, and batch detection.
Features
1. Using digital probe technology, digital signal processing is completed directly on the probe
2. Probes are not susceptible to interference and provide excellent test accuracy
3. Built-in Direction Sensor automatically compensates for measurement errors in different Impact Directions
4. The system has a variety of built-in Hardness standards, which can be converted between Richter (HL), Vickers (HV), Brinell (HB), Shaw (HS), Rockwell (HRA), Rockwell (HRB), Rockwell (HRC) and tensile strength (sigma b)
5. Outstanding portability, simple operation, easy to carry, and can achieve batch detection
Principle
LS251D Leeb hardness tester based on the Richter Hardness Measurement principle to detect Hardness, Impact on the surface of the material through the Impact device, measurement of the material local resistance to hard objects pressed into its surface ability, thereby determining the Hardness value of the material.
