Overview
LS252DL is an integrated Leeb hardness tester that can perform Hardness testing on a variety of metal materials according to the Richter Hardness Measurement principle. The instrument adopts DL Impact device, which is suitable for groove or gear testing in tight space. It has built-in multiple Hardness standards and supports the conversion between Richter (HL), Vickers (HV), Brinell (HB), Shaw (HS), and Rockwell (HRA, HRB, HRC) to avoid cumbersome manual calculations.
Features
1. Adopt DL Impact device, suitable for small space testing
2. Double coil technology, Repeatability and Measurement accuracy
3. Built-in Direction Sensor automatically compensates for measurement errors in different Impact Directions
4. Built-in a variety of Hardness standards, support mutual conversion
5. Using rechargeable lithium battery, a single charge can be continuously measured more than 5000 times
6. Lightweight and portable, weight about 78g, Dimension 203 * 34 * 24mm
Principle
According to the Richter Hardness Measurement principle, the instrument impacts metal materials through the DL Impact device, and uses the dual-coil technology to detect the rebound signal and calculate the Hardness value. The built-in directional Sensor of the probe automatically compensates for measurement errors to ensure accuracy.
Applications
Testing hardness of materials
