Principle
The electric heating plate adopts Far infrared heating technology, which is heated by mica sheet and microcrystalline plate surface to achieve efficient heat conduction. The core temperature control system adopts PID technology, which can automatically adjust the heating rate and ensure precise temperature control. The microcrystalline Glass plate surface is uniformly heated during the heating process, and the shell surface temperature is reduced through special thermal insulation design to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC220V/50Hz).
2. Turn on the power switch of the instrument.
3. Set the required temperature, timing mode (if required) and other parameters through the LCD liquid crystal display.
4. The electronic lock function can be used to lock the parameters to prevent misoperation.
5. Start heating, the instrument will automatically heat up and maintain the set temperature according to the PID temperature control technology.
6. After use, turn off the power supply and wait for the instrument to chill down for cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is AC220V/50Hz to avoid overload.
The maximum load-bearing capacity of the instrument is 5Kg. Please do not overload the sample.
* The heating plate surface is Microcrystalline Glass, although corrosion resistance, it is still necessary to avoid the use of sharp or heavy objects.
* When the instrument is working, the shell surface temperature may still be high, please pay attention to safety during operation to avoid burns.
* Do not grill the board directly over an open flame.
The instrument comes with an air switch to provide short-circuit or overload protection. In case of power failure, please check the cause and troubleshoot before use.
* Keep the Cube heat dissipation hole open to ensure good heat dissipation inside the instrument to prolong its service life.
* Always disconnect the power before cleaning and wait for the instrument to chill down completely.
