Overview
Solid phase extraction instrument LC-CQ-12Y is a sample pretreatment equipment developed by combining liquid-solid extraction and liquid phase chromatograph technology. It uses solid Adsorbent adsorption of target compounds in liquid samples to separate from matrices and interferers, and then elutes or heats adsorption to separate, purify and enrich target compounds, thereby reducing matrix interference and improving detection sensitivity. The instrument is suitable for food safety detection, agricultural product residue monitoring, environment protection, commodity inspection, tap water and chemical production laboratories.
Features
1. Anti-cross-contamination, anti-atomization vacuum tank design, simple and fast operation.
2. The whole machine is made of high transparent Organic Glass.
3. The guide needle and internal tuberack are made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which has strong corrosion resistance.
4. The extraction column is evenly distributed, which is convenient for group experiments, uniform extraction speed, and easy to control and adjust.
5. The wall thickness of the vacuum tank is uniform, capable of withstanding high negative pressure above -0.098MPa, and is not easy to deform.
6. The extraction column tray is made of ultra-polymer material, which is resistant to corrosion and not easy to deform under high pressure.
Principle
The Working Principle of Solid Phase Extraction Instrument is based on liquid-solid extraction and liquid chromatograph technology. First, the target compound in the liquid sample is selectively adsorbed by solid Adsorbent to separate it from the sample matrix and interfering compounds. Then, the target compound is released from the Adsorbent by elute or heating adsorption, so as to achieve the separation, purification and enrichment of the target compound, and finally achieve the purpose of reducing the interference of the sample matrix and improving the subsequent sensitivity detection.
Applications
Food safety testing, agricultural product residue monitoring, environment protection, commodity inspection, tap water and chemical production laboratory
