Overview
The solid phase extraction instrument LC-CQ-24Y combines liquid-solid extraction and liquid phase chromatograph technology. Adsorbent adsorption of target compounds in liquid samples is used to separate from the matrix and interferers, and then elute or desorption is used to separate, purify and enrich the target compounds, so as to reduce matrix interference and improve detection sensitivity. The instrument is mainly used in food safety detection, agricultural product residue monitoring, environment protection, commodity inspection and tap water, chemical production laboratories and other fields.

Principle
The solid phase extraction instrument uses solid Adsorbent to selectively adsorb the target compound in the liquid sample to separate it from the sample matrix and interfering components. Then the target compound is released from the Adsorbent by eluting or heating adsorption, so as to realize the separation, purification and enrichment process of the target compound.
