Overview
LC-CQ-12F is developed by the combination of liquid-solid extraction and liquid chromatograph technology. Adsorbent is used to separate the target compounds in the liquid sample from the matrix and interfering compounds of the sample, and then elute or heating adsorption to separate and enrich the target compounds. The purpose is to reduce the interference of the sample matrix and improve the detection sensitivity.
Features
1. Anti-cross-contamination, anti-atomization vacuum tank design, simple and fast operation.
2. The whole machine is made of highly transparent Organic Glass.
3. The guide needle and internal tuberack are made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which has strong corrosion resistance.
4. The extraction column is evenly distributed, which is convenient for group experiments, uniform extraction speed, and easy to control and adjust.
5. The vacuum tank has uniform wall thickness, can withstand high negative pressure above -0.098MPa, and is not easily deformed.
6. The extraction column tray is made of ultra-polymer material, which is resistant to corrosion and not easy to deform under high pressure.
Principle
The solid phase extraction instrument uses solid Adsorbent to adsorb the target compound in the liquid sample, separate it from the matrix and interfering compounds of the sample, and then use elute liquid elute or heating to decompose the adsorption to achieve the purpose of separating and enriching the target compound, that is, to achieve the separation, purification and enrichment of the sample.
Applications
Various food safety testing, agricultural product residue monitoring, environment protection, commodity inspection, tap water and chemical production laboratories
