Overview
LC-CQ-24F is a sample pretreatment device developed by combining liquid-solid extraction and liquid chromatograph technology. Adsorbent adsorption of target compounds in liquid samples is used to separate them from the matrix and interferers, and then the separation, purification and enrichment of target compounds are achieved by eluting or heating adsorption, aiming to reduce matrix interference and improve detection sensitivity.
Features
1. Anti-cross-contamination, anti-atomization vacuum tank design, simple and fast operation.
2. The whole machine is made of high transparent Organic Glass.
3. The guide needle and internal tuberack are made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which has strong corrosion resistance.
4. The extraction column is evenly distributed, which is convenient for group experiments, uniform extraction speed, and easy to control and adjust.
5. The wall thickness of the vacuum tank is uniform, capable of withstanding high negative pressure above -0.098MPa, and is not easy to deform.
6. The extraction column tray is made of ultra-polymer material, which is resistant to corrosion and not easy to deform under high pressure.
Principle
The solid phase extraction instrument is based on liquid-solid extraction and liquid chromatograph technology. When the sample passes through the solid Adsorbent, the target compound is selectively adsorbed and separated from the sample matrix and interfering substances. Subsequently, the target compound is eluted from the Adsorbent using a suitable elute solution or desorbed by Heating mode to realize the separation, purification and enrichment process of the target compound.
Applications
Various food safety testing, agricultural product residue monitoring, environment protection, commodity inspection, tap water and chemical production laboratories
