Overview
The dry Nitrogen blowing instrument LC-DCY-24G is a high-precision condensing instrument using microcomputer processing and PID Control mode. It quickly, continuously and controllably blows nitrogen gas to the heating sample surface, combined with the heating temperature setting, to achieve rapid condensation of a large number of samples.

Principle
The Working Principle of the instrument is to rapidly, continuously and controllably blow nitrogen gas onto the surface of the heating sample to promote solvent evaporation by accelerating the flow of air on the surface of the sample. Users can set the heating temperature according to the evaporation rate and boiling point of the condensed solvent, thus achieving rapid condensation of a large number of samples.

Steps
1. Place the sample and manually adjust the dispensing chamber to the appropriate height.
2. Set the heating temperature and timing time according to the properties of the solvent.
3. Connect the nitrogen source and adjust the Flow rate of each independent blowpipe.
4. Start the instrument to start the condensing process.
5. After the operation, the instrument beeps to alarm and the sample is taken out.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ before use.
• Pay attention to the maximum intake pressure limit: no more than 0.02MPa when processing ≤ 16 samples, and no more than 0.05MPa when processing > 16 samples.
• Please pay attention to the high temperature module during operation to avoid burns.
• Ensure a stable supply of nitrogen and adjust the Flow rate as needed to save gas.
