Overview
Cube water bath Nitrogen blowing instrument adopts purge and trap technology, combined with temperature control heating function, uses nitrogen and other inert gases to purge the sample surface quickly, controllably and continuously to achieve oxygen-free condensation of the sample solution. This method has the characteristics of time saving, convenience and accuracy.
Features
1. The LED digital tube displays the set temperature and the current temperature, which is clear and intuitive.
2. Adopt PID temperature control technology and realize over-temperature alarm.
3. The parts that may come into contact with the solvent are made of 316 stainless steel, which has a long service life and is easy to clean.
4. Independent valves and independent blowpipes make the nitrogen blowing target clearer, saving nitrogen and making it less prone to cross-contamination.
5. Water Bath Heating mode, heating more evenly.
6. Manually adjust the height of the distribution chamber for easy sampling.
Principle
By purging nitrogen and other inert gases to the surface of the sample, the instrument accelerates the evaporation of solvents in the sample solution with the assistance of temperature-controlled water bath heating, so as to achieve rapid and oxygen-free condensation of the sample.
Applications
Sample condensing, sample pretreatment
Steps
1. Place the sample in the water bath heating area.
2. Manually adjust the height of the distribution chamber to the appropriate position.
3. Set the required temperature and timing time.
4. Connect the nitrogen source and adjust the intake pressure to 0.02-0 MPa range.
5. Open the independent valve to condense the sample by nitrogen blowing.
6. After condensing, turn off the nitrogen and heating and take out the sample.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V 50Hz before use.
The maximum intake pressure should not exceed 0.05 MPa.
• When the instrument is working, do not touch the heating water bath area to prevent burns.
When cleaning, pay attention to the maintenance of 316 stainless steel parts.
• When an over-temperature alarm occurs, check the instrument status.
• When taking samples or adjusting the height, please pay attention to operation safety.
