Overview
The LICHEN LC-CT-2 Pen Conductivity Meter is a Portable instrument designed for field or field operation to display both conductivity and temperature values. The instrument is widely used in the chemical, water treatment, electronics, beverage industries and R & D institutions to determine conductivity values.
Features
1. LCD liquid crystal display conductivity value, temperature, intuitive and clear.
2. With automatic temperature compensation function.
3. Equipped with temperature unit conversion function.
4. Equipped with data retention capabilities.
5. Using effective platinum black Electrode, Electrode head can be replaced, easy to use.
6. The whole machine is waterproof and has a built-in buoyancy device, so it is not afraid of falling into the water.
7. Using Omron waterproof button, the service life is more than 20,000 times.
8. Adopt RAM integrated chipset.
9. Calibration method can choose multi-point calibrating or single point calibrating.
Principle
The Pen Conductivity Meter measures the conductivity of the solution through its effective Platinum Black Electrode measurement and utilizes the built-in temperature sensor. The instrument compensates the measured conductivity value to the value at the standard temperature through the automatic temperature compensation function to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.
Applications
Chemical industry, water treatment, electronics, beverage industry, R & D institutions
Steps
1. Install the battery.
2. Turn it on and check the status of the instrument.
3. Single or multi-point calibrating as required.
4. Immerse the Electrode in the solution to be tested.
5. Wait for the reading to stabilize and record the conductivity and temperature values.
6. Use the data retention function to lock the reading (if necessary).
7. Electrode cleaning after measurement.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Electrode is properly installed and cleaned before use.
• Standard solutions should be used when calibrating and performed according to instrument requirements.
• Make sure the Electrode is fully immersed in the solution during measurement.
• The instrument is waterproof, but it still needs to be dried and stored after use.
When not in use for a long time, remove the battery.
• Do not use in environments beyond the specified Measurement range.
• Electrode heads are consumables and need to be checked and replaced regularly.
