Overview
The LICHEN LC-DDB-1M Portable Conductivity Meter is an instrument for laboratory measurement of the conductivity of aqueous solutions. It is widely used in industries such as Petrochemicals, biology, wastewater treatment, environment monitoring, mining and smelting, as well as Universities & colleges and R & D institutions. With the appropriate constant Conductivity detector Electrode, it can also be used for the measurement of the conductivity of pure or ultrapure water in electronic semiconductors, nuclear energy industries and power plants.
Features
1. LCD backlight LCD display conductivity value, temperature, intuitive and clear.
2. Powered by AA battery, easy to carry and can be used in the field.
3. The backlight function can be turned off with low power consumption.
Measurement range of 4.5 gears is optional.
5. temperature compensation function.
6. Temperature unit conversion function.
7. Data retention function.
8. Effective platinum black Electrode, Electrode head can be replaced, easy to use.
9. Calibration method can choose multi-point calibrating or single point calibrating.
Principle
The Conductivity Meter uses the Conductivity detector Electrode to measure the conductivity of aqueous solutions. The instrument processes the Electrode signal and combines the temperature compensation function to display the conductivity value and temperature on the LCD screen.
Applications
Petrochemicals, Biology, Wastewater Treatment, Environment Monitoring, Mine Smelting, Universities & colleges, R & D institutions, Electronic Semiconductors, Nuclear Energy Industry, Power Plant Pure or Ultrapure Water measurement
Steps
1. Install the battery and turn it on.
2. Select the appropriate Electrode constant and Measurement range according to the measurement solution.
3. Immerse Electrode in the solution to be tested.
4. Set the temperature compensation and temperature unit as needed.
5. Read and record the conductivity value and temperature displayed on the LCD screen.
6. The data retention function can be used to lock the reading.
7. After the measurement is completed, clean the Electrode and shut down.
Notice
• Electrode constant according to Measurement range.
• Electrode cleaning before measurement.
• Clean Electrode in time after use.
When not in use for a long time, remove the battery.
• Do not use in environments beyond the specified Temperature range.
