Overview
LICHEN LC-DRT-94B Benchtop refractometer is a precision instrument using linear array CMOS High Accuracy Sensor and sapphire Glass measurement surface. It has a 5-inch large LCD screen, which can intuitively display sugar content, temperature and refractive index. It has PC software expansion function and supports user-defined reticle programming. It is suitable for scientific research laboratories, food and beverage industry quality monitoring and other fields.

Principle
The instrument detects the refractive rays of light of the sample through the linear array CMOS High Accuracy Sensor, and converts the refractive index into the corresponding Brix value combined with the built-in algorithm. During the measurement process, the instrument automatically performs temperature compensation to correct the influence of temperature on the refractive index and ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.

Steps
1. Make sure the instrument is fully charged or connected to a power supply.
2. Turn on the instrument and wait for the system initialization to complete.
3. Take at least 0.4 ml of sample using a dropper or Sampler.
4. Open the prism cover and drop the sample on the sapphire Glass measurement surface.
5. Close the prism cover plate to ensure that the sample covers the measurement area evenly.
6. Press the measurement button to read the Brix, temperature and refractive index data displayed on the screen after about 2 seconds.
7. After the measurement is completed, use a soft cloth to clean the measurement surface.
Notice
* Instrument Operating Environment Temperature is 10-40 ℃.
* Make sure the sampling amount is not less than 0.4ml to ensure Measurement accuracy.
* The measurement surface is Sapphire Glass, please use soft cloth when cleaning, avoid scratching with hard objects.
* The instrument has automatic temperature compensation function, the temperature compensation range is 0~ 40 ℃.
* Do not expose the instrument to extreme temperatures or humid environments.
* The battery is a rechargeable 18650 lithium battery, which can be replaced independently. Please use the specified model.
Regularly clean and maintain instruments to ensure long-term stable operation.
