Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator is driven by a servo motor and driven by a synchronous belt to control the drawdown blade for precise lifting and linear motion. Steps
1. Preparation: Connect the host power supply (220V 50Hz) and gas source (0.6Mpa, φ 8 trachea), and install optional Accessories (such as liquid leakage tank, baffle, etc.) according to requirements.
2. Place the substrate: Place the substrate on the Vacuum chuck table (600 * 300mm), turn on the vacuum pump adsorption and fix.
3. Feeding and parameter setting: Load the material into the Mixing Tank (1L), set the feeding air pressure through the pressure regulating valve, and set the Spreader thickness, rate (2~ 300mm/s) and heating temperature (if required) on the control panel.
4. Spreader execution: Start the equipment, the feeding system reciprocates and spits the material according to the set speed (2~ 150mm/s), and the drawdown blade moves to complete the Spreader.
5. Finish and clean up: After the Spreader is completed, turn off the heating and vacuum, use the air discharge valve to release the Mixing Tank pressure, and clean the equipment.
