Overview
LC-5F silicone oil heat conduction freeze dryer is a drying equipment using the principle of sublimation. It will be dried material at low temperature quickly frozen, and then in a vacuum environment to freeze the water molecules directly sublimation escape, so as to maintain the original structure and activity of the material. After drying, the material is porous and easy to rehydrate.
Features
1.7 inch color LCD Touchscreen, PID control, display temperature, Vacuum Level, support Linear dispersion browsing.
2. The freeze-drying chamber adopts transparent organic Glass door panel, and the process can be seen.
3. The drying chamber and the cold trap are designed separately, with strong water capture capacity and short drying time.
4. Equipped with anti-return oil vacuum pump, connected by KF quick connector.
5. Using European original imported Compressor and mixed environmental protection refrigerant, rapid cooling, low temperature.
6. Cold trap with pre-freezing function, can replace the low temperature refrigerator.
7. Built-in heat exchanger, effectively reduce the cold trap temperature and enhance water capture capacity.
8. Support in situ lyophilization (pre-freezing and drying integrated).
9. The silicone oil heat conduction method is adopted, and the top layer is equipped with a silicone oil Hot Plate to make the drying indoor temperature more uniform.
10. Equipped with manual and automatic Operating Modes, it is easy to explore new material lyophilized Linear dispersion.
11. With vacuum automatic control heating output function to prevent the material from collapsing due to excessive heating.
12. Add nitrogen gas charging valve, which can be filled with nitrogen or inert gas for drying and storage.
13. 20 programs can be stored, each program can be set to 36 segments, parameters can be modified during operation and drying Linear dispersion can be recorded.
14. Some models have hydraulic gland function, which is convenient for capping after drying.
Principle
Vacuum freeze drying is based on the principle of sublimation. First, the dried substance is quickly frozen at low temperature, so that the water in it solidifies into ice. Then in a vacuum environment, the frozen ice crystals are directly sublimated to water vapor without going through the liquid state and removed. The material is always in a low temperature state throughout the drying process, and the ice crystals are evenly distributed, avoiding the side effects of condensation, foam, oxidation, etc. Finally, the drying product with loose structure, basically unchanged volume and easy to rehydrate is obtained.
