Overview
LC-5FT is a drying equipment using the principle of sublimation. The equipment will be dried material at low temperature quickly frozen, and then in a vacuum environment to freeze the water molecules directly sublimation escape, so as to maintain the original physical and biological characteristics of the material, after drying the material is porous, the volume is basically unchanged, easy to rewater to restore the original state.

2. The freeze-drying chamber adopts a transparent organic Glass door panel, and the whole process is visible to the user.

5. Using the original imported Compressor from Europe, with mixed environmentally friendly refrigerant, the refrigeration is rapid and the freezing temperature is low.
6. The cold trap has a pre-freezing function, which can replace the low temperature refrigerator.
7. Built-in heat exchanger, effectively reduce the cold trap temperature, strong water capture capacity.
8. In-situ freeze-drying (pre-freezing and drying are integrated) can be achieved, and the material can be pre-frozen and sublimated on the Shelf.
9. The silicone oil heat conduction method is adopted, and the top layer is equipped with a silicone oil Hot Plate to make the drying indoor temperature more uniform.
10. Equipped with manual and automatic Operating Modes, you can explore the lyophilized Linear dispersion of new materials through manual mode.
11. With vacuum automatic control heating output function to avoid the material collapse due to excessive heating.
12. Add nitrogen gas charging valve, which can be filled with nitrogen or inert gas for drying.
13. 20 programs can be stored, each program can be set to 36 segments, program parameters can be modified during operation, and the final drying Linear dispersion can be recorded.
14. With hydraulic gland function, it is convenient to cap the bottle after drying (model with T).
Principle
Vacuum freeze drying uses the principle of sublimation for drying. First, the dried substance is quickly frozen at low temperature, and then in a vacuum environment, the frozen water molecules are directly sublimated into water vapor and escape. The substance is always frozen before drying, and the ice crystals are evenly distributed. The sublimation process will not condense, avoiding side effects such as foam and oxidation.
Steps
1. Put the material into the drying room.
2. Start the equipment for pre-freezing (the pre-freezing function of the cold trap can be used).
3. Start the sublimation drying process in a vacuum environment.
4. The drying Linear dispersion can be controlled by manual or automatic mode.
5. After drying, you can choose to fill it with nitrogen or inert gas for maintenance.
6. For models with T, capping vials can be done using the hydraulic capping function.

• Power supply voltage of the device is 220V/50Hz, please make sure the power supply matches.
• Do not modify the program parameters frequently during operation, so as not to affect the drying effect.
• When using manual mode to explore the lyophilized Linear dispersion of new materials, pay attention to observe the state of the materials to avoid collapse caused by excessive heating.
• When filling with nitrogen or inert gas, ensure a safe operating environment.
• Net weight of the equipment 120kg, pay attention to safety when moving and installing.
