Overview
LC-20F silicone oil heat conduction freeze dryer is a drying equipment using the principle of sublimation. It will be dried material at low temperature rapid freezing, and then in a vacuum environment to freeze the water molecules directly sublimation escape, so as to maintain the original structure and activity of the material, drying material is porous, easy to rewater to restore the original state.

Principle
The equipment is based on vacuum freeze drying technology. First, the dried material is quickly frozen at low temperature, so that the water in it forms ice crystals. Then in a vacuum environment, the ice crystals are directly sublimated into water vapor without going through the liquid state, and the water vapor is captured by the cold trap. The whole process of the material is always in a low temperature state, avoiding side effects such as condensation, foam, oxidation, etc., thereby maintaining the physical and biological characteristics of the substance.
