Overview
LC-20FT silicone oil heat conduction freeze dryer is a device that uses the principle of sublimation for drying. It will be dried at a low temperature to quickly freeze, and then in a vacuum environment to directly sublimate the frozen water molecules to escape, so as to maintain the original physical, chemical and biological properties of the material. After drying, the material is porous and easy to rehydrate.
Features
1.7 inch color LCD Touchscreen, PID control, display temperature, Vacuum Level, support Linear dispersion browsing.
2. The freeze-drying chamber adopts transparent organic Glass door panel, and the process can be seen.
3. The drying chamber and the cold trap are designed separately, with strong water capture capacity and short drying time.
4. Equipped with anti-return oil vacuum pump, connected by KF quick connector.
5. The use of imported European Compressor and mixed environmental protection refrigerant, rapid cooling, low temperature.
6. Cold trap with pre-freezing function, can replace the low temperature refrigerator.
7. Built-in heat exchanger, effectively reduce the cold trap temperature and enhance water capture capacity.
8. In situ freeze-drying (pre-freezing and drying are integrated) can be achieved.
9. The silicone oil heat conduction method is adopted, and the top layer is equipped with a silicone oil Hot Plate to make the drying indoor temperature more uniform.
10. Equipped with manual and automatic Operating Modes, it is easy to explore new material lyophilized Linear dispersion.
11. With vacuum automatic control heating output function to avoid material collapse.
12. Add nitrogen gas charging valve, which can be filled with nitrogen or inert gas for drying and storage.
13. 20 programs can be stored, each program can be set to 36 segments, parameters can be modified during operation and drying Linear dispersion can be recorded.
14. With hydraulic gland function, it is convenient to cap the bottle after drying (model with T).
Principle
Vacuum freeze drying is based on the principle of sublimation. First, the dried material is quickly frozen at low temperature, so that the water in it forms ice crystals. Then in a vacuum environment, the frozen ice crystals are directly sublimated to water vapor without going through the liquid state and removed. The whole drying process materials are always in a low temperature state, and the ice crystals are evenly distributed, avoiding the side effects of condensation, foam, oxidation, etc. Finally, the porous drying product with loose structure and basically unchanged volume is obtained.
