Overview
LICHEN LC-50F silicone oil heat conduction freeze dryer is a drying equipment using the principle of sublimation. It will be dried material quickly frozen at low temperature, and then in a vacuum environment to make the frozen water molecules directly sublimate and escape, so as to maintain the original structure and activity of the material. After drying, it is porous and easy to rehydrate.
Features
1.7 inch color LCD screen, PID control, display temperature, Vacuum Level, Linear dispersion browsing.
2. The freeze-drying chamber adopts transparent organic Glass door panel, and the process can be seen.
3. The drying chamber and the cold trap split structure have strong water capture capacity and short drying time.
4. Equipped with anti-return oil vacuum pump, using international standard KF quick connector.
5. The use of imported European Compressor and mixed environmental protection refrigerant, rapid cooling, low temperature.
6. Cold trap with pre-freezing function, can replace the low temperature refrigerator.
7. Built-in heat exchanger, effectively reduce the cold trap temperature and enhance water capture capacity.
8. In situ freeze-drying (pre-freezing and drying are integrated) can be achieved.
9. The silicone oil heat conduction method is adopted, and the top layer is equipped with a silicone oil Hot Plate to make the drying indoor temperature more uniform.
10. Equipped with manual and automatic Operating Modes, you can explore new material freeze-drying Linear dispersion through manual mode.
11. With vacuum automatic control heating output function to avoid the material collapse due to excessive heating.
12. Add nitrogen gas charging valve, which can be filled with nitrogen or inert gas for drying and holding.
13. 20 programs can be stored, each program can be set to 36 segments, parameters can be modified during operation and drying Linear dispersion can be recorded.
14. With hydraulic gland function, it is convenient to cap the bottle after drying (model with T).
Principle
Vacuum freeze drying uses the principle of sublimation for drying. First, the dried substance is quickly frozen at low temperature, and then in a vacuum environment, the frozen water molecules are directly sublimated into water vapor to escape. The substance is always frozen before drying, the ice crystals are evenly distributed, and the sublimation process will not condense, avoiding side effects such as foam and oxidation, thus preventing the physical and biological denaturation of the drying substance to a greater extent.
Steps
1. Place the material on the material tray.
2. According to the material characteristics, select the Manual or Automatic Operating Mode and set the corresponding program parameters.
3. Start the equipment, and the material is pre-frozen in the cold trap or drying chamber.
4. After the pre-freezing is completed, the system automatically or manually switches to vacuum stages in drying to sublimate the ice crystals.
5. Temperature, Vacuum Level and drying Linear dispersion can be monitored through Touchscreen during drying.
6. After drying, you can choose to fill nitrogen or inert gas through the inflation valve for storage.
7. For models with T, capping vials can be done using the hydraulic capping function.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (220V/50Hz) before operation.
• Use an anti-return oil vacuum pump and ensure reliable connection of the KF connector.
• When exploring new material lyophilized Linear dispersion in manual mode, set parameters carefully.
• Pay attention to the use of vacuum automatic control heating function to avoid material collapse caused by excessive heating.
When filling with nitrogen or inert gas, ensure safe operation.
• Regularly check the operating status of the equipment and keep it clean.
• Do not perform unnecessary door opening operations while the equipment is running.
When handling materials, follow relevant laboratory safety regulations.
