Overview
LC-100F silicone oil heat conduction freeze dryer is an equipment that uses the principle of sublimation for material drying. It quickly freezes materials at low temperature and directly sublimates and escapes frozen water molecules in a vacuum environment, thus maintaining the original physical and biological characteristics of the materials. After drying, it is porous and sponge-like, easy to rehydrate and restore to its original state.

Principle
Vacuum freeze drying is based on the principle of sublimation. First, the material is quickly frozen at low temperature, so that the water in it forms ice crystals. Then in a vacuum environment, the frozen ice crystals are directly sublimated to water vapor without going through the liquid state, and escape from the material to be captured by the cold trap. The whole process The material is always in a low temperature state, and the ice crystals are evenly distributed, avoiding side effects such as condensation, foam, and oxidation, thereby maintaining the original structure and properties of the material.
