Overview
The LICHEN LC-ES-60SH powerbasic stirrer is an overhead laboratory equipment suitable for mixing and stirring low, medium and high viscosity liquids. The main unit is made of good engineering plastics and runs stably. The output terminal is equipped with a variable speed booster mechanism to significantly increase the output torque. Rotation speed can be set arbitrarily, and the digital display is intuitive to ensure data collection. The device has built-in soft start, automatic overload protection and full constant power compensation.

Principle
The powerbasic stirrer is driven by a DC permanent magnet motor and combined with a variable speed booster mechanism to amplify the output torque of the motor to deal with liquids of different viscosities. The device can operate according to the set target Rotation speed and automatically adjust the output torque according to the change of sample viscosity during operation to maintain a constant stirring Rotation speed for stable and efficient mixing.
Applications
Laboratory liquid mixing and stirring
Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to the power supply.
2. According to the height of the container, adjust the lifting position of the stirring rod (Travel 300-600mm).
3. Fill stirringrod into adjustable chuck and fasten.
4. Immerse the stirringrod in the liquid to be stirred.
5. Set the required Rotation speed (range 100~ 2000rpm) and timing time (range 0-999 minutes or normally open) through the control panel.
6. Start the device, and the device will start smoothly and start stirring.
7. During the mixing process, the LED digital tube displays the actual Rotation speed in real time.
8. After the stirring is completed or the timing is reached, the device automatically stops, or it can be turned off manually.

• Power supply voltage in AC 100-240V range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
• The maximum Processing capacity of the equipment is 20L, and it is recommended that the daily Max. stirring Capacity does not exceed 5L.
• Suitable for liquids with a viscosity not exceeding 5000 mPa · s.
• In case of overload or abnormality during operation, the equipment will automatically stop to ensure safety. Please check the cause before using it.
• When loading or unloading the stirringrod, make sure that the chuck is firmly locked to prevent peeling.
• Keep the equipment clean and drying to avoid liquid entering the body.
