LICHEN LC-ES-200SH overhead powerbasic stirrer is suitable for mixing and stirring of low, medium and high viscosity liquids in the laboratory. Principle
The powerbasic stirrer is driven by a DC permanent magnet motor, and a variable speed booster is applied at the output end to double the torque output of the motor to stir liquids of different viscosities. During operation, the system can perform constant control according to the set Rotation speed, and can automatically adjust the output torque according to the change of sample viscosity to ensure stable stirring effect. The equipment has functions such as soft start, overload protection and constant power compensation to ensure smooth and safe operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate stirringrod according to the container and install it with an adjustable chuck.
2. Fix the Stirrer in place through an open rack and adjust the lift Travel (300-600mm) to accommodate the height of the container.
3. Power on (AC 100-240V, 50/60Hz).
4. Set the required stirring Rotation speed (range 100~ 2000rpm) and timing time (up to 999min or normally open mode) through the control panel.
5. Start the device, its built-in soft start function makes the stirring start smoothly and prevents sample overflow.
6. During the mixing process, the LED digital tube will display the set Rotation speed and the actual Rotation speed, and the device will automatically adjust the torque according to the viscosity.
7. After the mixing is completed or after the set time is reached, the equipment stops running. In case of abnormal conditions such as overload, the equipment will automatically stop or switch the circuit to ensure safety.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in AC 100-240V range, Frequency matching 50/60Hz.
• It is recommended that Max. stirring Capacity is 15L, and the maximum Processing capacity is 60L. Please do not overuse.
• Suitable for liquids with a viscosity not exceeding 20,000 mPa · s.
• When loading or unloading the stirringrod, use the adjustable chuck and make sure it is tight to prevent peeling.
• The device has an automatic overload protection function. If it is triggered frequently, please check whether the load is too large.
• Pay attention to the size (370 × 260 × 600mm) and weight (12kg) of the equipment to ensure smooth placement.
• In case of abnormality during operation, the device will be automatically protected. Please check the cause before using it.
