Overview
The jaw crushing machine is commonly known as jaw crushing, also known as tiger mouth, which is a special equipment for crushing hard materials in the laboratory. It consists of two jaw plates of the moving jaw and the static jaw to form a crushing cavity, simulating the movement of the two jaws of the animal to complete the material crushing operation. It has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, uniform discharge particle size, convenient adjustment, small production dust, and safe and reliable use.
Features
1. LC-EP series crushing machine belongs to the extrusion crushing type, relying on two toothed jaw plates to squeeze to achieve the purpose of crushing materials.
It can crush various brittle materials with strength less than 250 MPa with coarse, medium and fine particle size.
Principle
By simulating the movement of the two jaws of the animal, the crushing chamber composed of two jaw plates, the moving jaw and the static jaw, squeezes the material to complete the crushing operation.

Steps
1. Check the equipment status to ensure safety and reliability.
2. Adjust the equipment according to the required discharge particle size (0.1-15 mm).
3. Put materials with particle size not exceeding 50mm into a 100 × 60mm inlet.
4. Start the equipment for crushing operation, the productivity range is 45-550kg/h.
