Overview
LC-JY96-IIN touch screen ultrasonic cell crushing instrument is composed of a host and a sound insulation box. It adopts a large-screen LCD Touchscreen display and is centrally controlled by a central microcomputer. The instrument has the functions of ultrasonic output, gap time, Power, duty cycle, temperature setting, and has the characteristics of sample temperature detection display, Frequency automatic tracking and automatic fault alarm.

Principle
Control system drives the transducer to generate 20-25KHz ultrasonic waves. The ultrasonic waves are transmitted to the sample through the horn, and the cells are crushed by physical effects such as cavitation effect. The system has Frequency automatic tracking function to maintain the best working condition, and real-time monitoring of sample temperature through temperature sensor.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 5%, 50Hz).
2. Select the appropriate horn according to the sample capacity and install it.
3. Place the sample on a liftable sample table in the soundproof box.
4. Set parameters such as ultrasonic Power, Working time, gap time, duty cycle and target temperature through the 4.3-inch Touchscreen, or call the stored program.
5. Start the instrument and start the ultrasound treatment.
6. During processing, the sample status can be observed through a large window, and the instrument will display the real-time temperature.
7. After the processing is completed, the instrument automatically stops, turns off the power, and removes the sample.
Notice
• The crushing capacity range is 0.1-150 ml, and the corresponding horn (such as φ 2, 3, 6, 8mm) should be selected according to the sample volume. The instrument is standard with 6mm horn.
• Before use, make sure the input power supply is AC220V +/- 5%, Frequency 50Hz.
The output power can be adjusted in the range of 1.5-150 W.
• Duty cycle setting range is 0.1-99%.
• Temperature range is 0-100 ℃, temperature control accuracy is +/- 1 ℃.
• Total Timer Range 0-99 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds.
• Clearance/Working time can be adjusted in 0.1-99 seconds.
• Note that the instrument has overload and overtemperature protection functions. Please check the parameter settings and sample status when an alarm occurs.
• The removable window of the sound insulation box is easy to clean, please clean it regularly to maintain a good observation effect.
