Overview

It is a professional equipment for crushing minerals with certain Hardness, suitable for Moisture content of 20% of coal, ore, rock or other medium Hardness materials.

Principle
When working, the motor drives the rotor for high-speed swirl/spin, and the material enters the crushing machine cavity evenly. At the same time, the material rushes from the high-speed swirl/spin hammer to the baffle and sieve strip in the frame under its own gravity. The material larger than the size of the sieve hole is blocked on the sieve plate, and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer until it is crushed to the required discharge particle size, and finally discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate.

Steps
1. Check whether the device power supply (380V or 220V) is connected normally.
2. Verify that the motor and automatic protector are in good condition.
3. Send the material evenly into the crushing machine cavity.
4. Start the equipment, the motor drives the rotor to swirl/spin at high speed for crushing.
5. The crushed material is discharged through the sieve plate, and the material is collected and discharged.

• Please ensure that the particle size of the material is less than 70mm.
• The equipment is fully sealed, please do not open it at will during operation to prevent dust leakage.

• Regularly check the abrasion of the hammer (high manganese steel).
