Overview
The hammer crushing machine mainly relies on Impact energy to complete the crushing material operation. When working, the motor drives the rotor to make a high-speed swirl/spin, and the material enters the crushing machine cavity evenly. The high-speed rotating hammer head Impact and shear tear the material to cause it to be crushed. The gravity of the material itself causes it to rush from the high-speed swirl/spin hammer head to the baffle and sieve strip in the frame. The material larger than the sieve size is retained on the sieve plate and continues to be hit and ground until it reaches the required discharge particle size. Finally, it is discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate. This equipment is a professional equipment for crushing minerals with certain Hardness, suitable for Moisture content of 20% of coal, ore, rock or other medium Hardness materials.
Features
1. Thread feeding, milling type crushing, smooth discharge, widely used.
2. Full sealing design, no dust pollution, in line with environmental requirements.
3. Moisture content can be crushed, no water loss during crushing, stable performance.
Principle
Hammer crushers rely on Impact to crush materials. The motor drives the rotor to swirl/spin at high speed. After the material evenly enters the crushing chamber, it is impacted, cut and torn by the high-speed rotating hammer head. During the crushing process, the gravity of the material itself causes it to rush towards the baffle and sieve strip in the frame. Materials larger than the sieve hole are trapped on the sieve plate and continue to be hit and ground by the hammer until they are crushed to the set discharge particle size, and finally discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate.
Applications
Hardness crushing of coal, ore, rock or other medium materials
Standards
Environmental requirements
Steps
1. Check whether the power supply of the device (380V/220V) is connected normally.
2. Confirm that the feeding particle size is less than 80mm.
3. Start the motor so that the rotor reaches a high-speed swirling/spinning state.
4. Send the material evenly into the crushing machine cavity.
5. Impact, shearing and crushing with baffle and sieve strip in the machine.
Materials crushed to the desired particle size (≤ 6mm or ≤ 3mm) are discharged through the sieve plate.
7. After the crushing operation is completed, turn off the power supply.
Notice
• Moisture content should not exceed 20%.
• The feeding particle size should be less than 80mm to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the crushing effect.
The equipment is equipped with an automatic protector (QCX8-9) and an overload relay (3.8A), and its effectiveness needs to be checked regularly.
• Device weight (120kg) and Dimensions (900 × 500 × 900mm) to ensure stable installation.
The hammer head is made of high manganese steel, and the abrasion needs to be checked regularly and replaced in time.
• Maintain full sealing design to prevent dust spillage and ensure compliance with environmental requirements.
