Overview
Hammer crusher (model: Cp-350X200) is a kind of equipment that relies on Impact to complete crushing operations. It is mainly used to crush minerals with a certain degree of Hardness, and is suitable for coal, ore, rock or Miscellaneous medium Hardness materials with a Moisture content of less than 20%. When working, the motor drives the rotor to swirl/spin at high speed. After the material enters the crushing chamber, it is crushed by the impact, shear and tear of the high-speed rotary hammer head, and finally discharged through the sieve plate to reach the required particle size.

Principle
When working, the motor drives the rotor to make a high-speed swirl/spin. After the material evenly enters the crushing machine cavity, the high-speed rotating hammer head impacts, shears and tears the material to crush it. At the same time, the gravity of the material itself causes it to rush from the high-speed swirl/spin hammer to the baffle and screen strip in the frame. Materials larger than the size of the sieve hole are blocked on the sieve plate and continue to be hit and ground by the hammer until crushed to the required discharge particle size, and finally discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate.

Steps
1. Check whether the device power supply (380V or 220V) is connected normally.
2. Confirm that the feeding particle size is less than 100mm.
3. Start the motor and drive the rotor to swirl/spin at high speed.
4. Send the material evenly into the crushing machine cavity.
5. After the material is crushed in the cavity, it is discharged through the sieve plate to collect the finished product with the required particle size (≤ 6mm or ≤ 3mm).

The equipment is equipped with an automatic protector (QCX8-12) and an overload relay (9A) to ensure its normal operation to achieve overload protection.
• Feed particle size should be strictly controlled at < 100mm.
• Device weight is 140kg, pay attention to safety when installing and moving.
• The working environment should be ventilated and the sealing should be checked regularly to prevent dust spillage.
• Reasonably control the feeding speed according to the productivity (1800-1200Kg/h) to avoid overloading the equipment.
