Overview
The automatic calorimeter LC-CV-430 is mainly used for the determination of the calorific value of combustible materials in heat detection institutions and coal standard analysis. Its calorimeter system is actually calibrated by reference materials with known calorific value (such as benzoic acid) to determine the heat capacity of the instrument, and is widely used in coal detection, petroleum, chemical, wood, scientific research, food and other industries.
Features
1. Adopt 4.3-inch color LCD Touchscreen monitor to display rich, intuitive and clear information.
2. Modular's 24-bit AD temperature acquisition circuit is used to ensure the accuracy of one-thousandth bit temperature measurement.
3. The temperature measurement module adopts ultra-low temperature drift characteristic electronic components to ensure the Stability of the test results.
4. Powerful data processing and scalability.
5. Automatic water filling, no need to adjust the water temperature, install the oxygen bomb into the barrel to automatically complete all the tests, reasonable structure, excellent production, reliable performance.
6. The experimental process can adjust the experimental time and efficiency, and the experimental time can be changed according to the amount of samples.
7. Real-time chill down correction, loose requirements for Ambient Temperature; Sulfur, hydrogen, water data can be supplemented after the experiment and automatically converted to high and low calorific value.
8. Supports the storage of 1000 pieces of data, and can query, print, delete, and other operations on historical data.
9. With operation, fault and other prompt functions.
Principle
In the calorimeter's calorimeter system, water, oxygen bomb, inner cylinder, thermometer and Stirrer all absorb heat, and the heat absorption conditions are different, and the factors are complex, which cannot be obtained by simple mathematical calculation. Therefore, a reference with a known calorific value (such as benzoic acid) is used to actually calibrate the heat to be absorbed by the temperature of the calorimeter system for every 1 ° C increase, that is, the heat capacity of the instrument is calibrated, so as to achieve accurate measurement of the calorific value of the sample.
Applications
Coal testing, petroleum, chemical, wood, scientific research, food
