Overview
The automatic calorimeter LC-CV-700 is mainly used for the determination of the calorific value of combustibles in heat detection institutions and coal standard analysis. Its calorimeter system actually calibrates the thermal capacity through a reference with known calorific value (such as benzoic acid) to accurately measure the calorific value of the sample. The instrument is widely used in coal detection, petroleum, chemical, wood, scientific research, food and other industries.
Features
1. Adopt 4.3-inch/7-inch color LCD Touchscreen display, which displays rich information, intuitive and clear.
2. Modular's 24-bit AD temperature acquisition circuit is used to ensure the accuracy of one-thousandth bit temperature measurement.
3. The temperature measurement module adopts ultra-low temperature drift characteristic electronic components to ensure the Stability of the test results.
4. Powerful data processing and scalability.
5. Automatic water filling, no need to adjust the water temperature, install the oxygen bomb and put it into the barrel to automatically complete all tests, with a reasonable structure and excellent production.
6. The experimental process can adjust the experimental time and efficiency, and the experimental time can be changed according to the amount of samples.
7. With real-time chill down correction, the Ambient Temperature requirements are loose; sulfur, hydrogen, water data can be supplemented after the experiment and automatically converted to high and low calorific value.
8. Supports the storage of 1000 pieces of data, and can query, print, delete, and other operations on historical data.
9. With prompts such as operation and failure, the result will be automatically reported by voice at the end of the experiment (voice broadcast is limited to LC-CV-700).
Principle
In the calorimeter's calorimeter system, in addition to water absorbing heat, the oxygen bomb, inner cylinder, thermometer, and Stirrer all absorb heat, and their respective endothermic conditions are different, and the factors are complex, which cannot be obtained by simple mathematical calculations. Therefore, the instrument uses a reference with a known calorific value (such as benzoic acid) to actually calibrate the heat to be absorbed by the calorimeter system for every 1 ° C increase in temperature, that is, to calibrate the heat capacity of the calorimeter, so as to achieve accurate measurement of the calorific value of the sample.
Applications
Coal testing, petroleum, chemical, wood, scientific research, food
