TBJ-JCRL-DJ2 Water-Cooled Air-Cooled Miniature Coil Film Applicator is a China Spreader device with a single-station unwinding and winding design, equipped with an adjustable scraper-type Spreader system, which supports water-cooled and air-cooled chill down methods. The device is suitable for coil film processing and has precise tension control and temperature regulation functions.

Principle
The equipment transports the coils through the unwinding unit, and the Spreader material is uniform through the adjustable scraper of the Spreader unit. The Spreader Film thickness is precisely adjusted by the dial meter. The feeding and melting unit heats and melts the Coating through the resistance wire, and the temperature is automatically controlled by the digital temperature control meter. After the Spreader, the coils enter the air-cooled water-cooled unit for chill down curing, and finally the winding unit automatically rewinds under the action of the tension controller.

Steps
1. Install the coil to the inflatable shaft of the unwinding unit
2. Adjust Spreader Width and Film thickness parameters
3. Start the heating unit and set the desired temperature
4. Start the Spreader Process and Monitor Tension Control
5. Spreader coil into chill down unit curing
6. The winding unit automatically completes the winding process
