Overview
The solvent resistance tester RJCS-II is a JINGKELIAN brand device for measuring the solvent resistance of coatings. The instrument uses a wiping head with a specific speed and wiping pressure to wipe back and forth on the surface of the sample, and directly reads the number of wipes through the display screen. According to the number of wipes required for coating damage, the solvent resistance wiping performance of coatings is evaluated.

Principle
The instrument performs reciprocating wiping motion on the surface of the sample through a wiping head with a certain speed and wiping pressure. The contact surface of the wiping head is parcelled with the absorbentcottonph of solvent wetting. By setting the number of wipes and the speed, the required number of wipes is recorded when the coating is damaged, so as to evaluate the solvent wiping performance of the coating.
Steps
1. Unscrew the sample clamp setting bolt, place the 75 × 200mm sample and then tighten the bolt
2. In the wiping head parcel absorbentcottonph, install the hoop and tighten the screw, put absorbentcottonph into the inner cavity and drop the solvent
3. Plug in the power supply and set the number and speed of wiping through the display screen (recommended 100 times/min)
4. Turn on the touch screen power switch to start working, and automatically stop when it reaches the predetermined number of times
5. During operation, the power switch of the governor can be turned off to stop, and then turned on to continue working.
6. After automatically stopping, press the "clear" button to run again.

• It is strictly forbidden to turn on the machine without sample and absorbentcottonph
• If absorbentcottonph peeling should be stopped as soon as possible
