Principle
The instrument drives the sanding head to make a round-trip friction movement on the surface of the test plate through a stepper motor. By setting different sanding times and loading masses, the actual sanding process is simulated, so as to evaluate the sanding performance of undercoating and putty.

Steps
Step 1 Turn on the power
2. Set the required number of times according to the on-screen instructions
3. Enter the test state
4. The preparatory test plate adsorption on the disk table
5. Plus the required weight
6. Adjust the button to set the desired speed
Step 7 Start testing
8. The instrument automatically stops after reaching the specified number of times
9. The next test will be automatically cleared
10. Click the reset button to clear manually
11. Repeat the test three times, selecting two close results as the basis for evaluation
12. Evaluate the sanding resistance of undercoating and putty according to the number of sanding and loading mass
