Overview
JINGKELIAN DHZ scratch test instrument is a special equipment used to evaluate the physical performance of film strength, Hardness, adhesion and so on. It characterizes the coating characteristics by the penetration resistance of the film sample coating when it is scratched, which directly affects the abrasion resistance, scratch resistance and other performance. The instrument was developed for the implementation of the GB9279 standard and is the condition for the implementation of the national standard.

Principle
The instrument is mainly composed of a scribing frame and a workbench. The scribing pins on the scribing frame ensure that they act vertically on the film template. The template is fixed on the test bench of the workbench and can be moved horizontally or vertically. By scribing on the template, the strength, Hardness and adhesion of the film are assessed according to the load required to cut the film.

Steps
1. Preparation: According to the standard prepative 120 * 50mm film sample, check the power supply and function of the instrument, install the new needle and check the needle, clip the sample, and put in the minimum weight
2. Test: Press the test start and stop button, swipe the needle on the sample, and observe whether it is scratched.
3. Adjustment: If not scratched, fine-tune the position of the test plate after reset, replace the new scribing needle, and increase the weight level
4. Sexual repeability test until the film is scratched, determine the scratch resistance value
5. Verification: test the repeability of the original and new samples with the measured load to confirm that the results match or take three averages
Notice
• The film sample needs to be prepared according to GB9271-88 standard
• Experimental environment requires temperature 23 +/- 2 ° C, relative humidity 50 +/- 5%
• Check with 30 times magnifying glass before use, no scratches, gardens, rust spots and other defects
• Click the test button in the middle of the journey to stop, and the test can only be continued after reset
• The scratch length of the scratched part should be greater than 20mm
• The instrument should be kept flexible when used, and attention should be paid to lubrication
• Check fasteners regularly to prevent loosening
• Pay attention to dust, moisture and corrosion protection when not in use, and avoid vibration and collision
