Overview
JIANGKAI NBC-HW-80 (-20 ℃) Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a test equipment used to simulate constant heat and humidity, high temperature, low temperature and alternating heat and humidity environment. It is mainly used for environmental adaptability testing of parts and materials of electronic, electrical, household appliances, automobiles and other products, and inspection of their performance indicators.
Features
1. Adopt fully dense Compressor imported from France, environmentally friendly refrigerant R404A, equipped with fin condenser and evaporator to form an efficient and stable refrigeration system.
2. The control system adopts the original 7-inch Chinese LCD touch screen (TEMI880) imported from Korea, which has a friendly interface and supports simultaneous program control of temperature and humidity, Linear dispersion display and fault diagnosis.
3. The controller has high accuracy, temperature +/- 0.1 ℃, humidity +/- 1% RH, with 6 sets of PID control parameter setting and automatic calculation function.
4. The program capacity is large, with a maximum support of 100 sets of programs, a total of 5000 segments (SEGMENTS), each segment can be set up to 530 hours and 59 minutes.
5. With power-off program memory and automatic connection execution function after power-up, as well as program editing, locking, real-time Linear dispersion display and other control functions.
6. The inner box is made of stainless steel plate (SUS #304), and the insulation layer is rigid polyurethane foam and Glass cotton, which has a strong structure and good thermal insulation performance.
Principle
The equipment precisely controls the temperature and humidity of the air in a closed test chamber through a refrigeration system (Compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, etc.) and a heating and humidification system (heating rod, humidification tube, etc.). The control system adjusts the power output of cooling, heating and humidification through the PID algorithm according to the set program, so that the environment in the box reaches and maintains the target temperature and humidity conditions to simulate the various heating and humidity environments that the product needs to withstand.

Steps
1. Perform parameter setting through the touch screen: select or edit the program, and enter parameters such as target temperature, humidity, and time.
2. Put the sample to be tested into the test chamber and close the box door.
3. Start the program, the equipment starts to run, and the control system automatically adjusts the environment in the box to the set conditions.
4. During the operation, the temperature and humidity Linear dispersion, program segment times, remaining time and other information can be monitored in real time through the screen.
5. After the program is completed, the device can be set to stop or enter the standby state to remove the sample.
Notice
* The equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated, non-direct sunlight, away from heat sources and flat ground.
Do not use this equipment near flammable, explosive, or corrosive substances.
When placing the sample, ensure that the air circulation in the box is not affected, and the total load should not exceed the specified limit.
When the equipment is running, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting the stability of temperature and humidity and the lifespan of the equipment.
