Overview
JIANGKAI NBC-HW-150 (-20 ℃) Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a test equipment used to simulate high temperature, low temperature and constant, alternating heat and humidity environment. It mainly conducts environmental adaptability tests on electronic, electrical, household appliances, automotive and other product parts and materials, and inspects its performance indicators.
Features
1. Adopt fully dense Compressor imported from France, environmentally friendly refrigerant R404A, equipped with fin condenser and evaporator to form an efficient and stable refrigeration system.
2. Equipped with the original 7-inch Chinese LCD touch screen controller imported from Korea, the operation interface is friendly, supports programmable control of temperature and humidity, and has Linear dispersion display function.
3. The controller has high accuracy, temperature +/- 0.1 ℃, humidity +/- 1% RH, with multiple sets of PID control, automatic calculation and automatic correction of wet and dry bulbs.
4. Large program capacity, supports up to 100 sets of programs, with a total of 5000 segments (SEGMENTS), with power-off memory and automatic connection execution function after power-back.
5. The inner box is made of stainless steel plate (SUS #304), the thermal insulation layer is made of rigid polyurethane foam and Glass cotton, and the box door is equipped with three-layer vacuum observation window, which has good thermal insulation and observation performance.
Principle
The equipment creates and precisely controls the required temperature and humidity environment in a closed test chamber through a refrigeration system (Compressor, condenser, evaporator, etc.) and a heating and humidification system (heating rod, humidification tube, etc.). The controller (TEMI880) receives signals from the temperature sensor (Pt100) and the humidity Sensor, and controls the actions of the cooling, heating, humidification and other executive components through PID operation, so that the environment in the box is stable at the set temperature and humidity conditions to test the sample.

Steps
1. Enter the program editing screen through the touch screen and set the required temperature and humidity parameters and time.
2. Place the sample in the inner box and close the door.
3. Select or start the set test program.
4. The device starts to run, and the set value, actual value and program can be monitored in real time through the screen to perform Linear dispersion.
5. After the test is completed, the device is stopped according to the program or manually, and the sample is removed.
Notice
* The equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated place without direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
Do not open and close the box door frequently when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the stability of temperature and humidity and the life of the equipment.
When placing the sample, ensure that the inner box air duct is not blocked to ensure uniform circulation.
The equipment has functions such as over-temperature protection, and the alarm should be checked and troubleshooted according to the screen prompts.
Regularly check the refrigerant, Filter and other components to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the internal electrical appliances and refrigeration systems of the equipment.
