Principle
The equipment works together with the refrigeration system (Compressor, condenser, evaporator, etc.) and the heating system (heating rod) to achieve precise control of the temperature in the box, ranging from -20 ° C to 150 ° C. Through the humidification system (humidification tube) and the dehumidification function, the humidity in the box is controlled between 20% RH and 98% RH. The controller automatically adjusts the operation of each system according to the set temperature and humidity program, simulating the required constant or alternating heat and humidity environment, so as to test the samples placed in the box.

Steps
1. Set the required temperature and humidity program, time, and number of cycles through the touch screen controller.
2. Put the sample to be tested into the box and close the door.
3. Start the device, the controller will automatically execute the setting program, and display the temperature and humidity Linear dispersion and running status in real time.
4. During the running of the program, the sample status can be viewed through the observation window, and the controller has an alarm function to prompt abnormalities.
5. After the program is completed or manually stopped, the sample is removed and the results are evaluated.
Notice
Equipment should be operated by trained personnel and follow safety procedures.
When placing the sample, ensure that the air circulation in the box is not affected, and the trend and return trend are not blocked.
