Overview
JIANGKAI NBC-HW-800 (-20 ℃) Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a test equipment used to simulate high temperature, low temperature and constant heat and humidity, alternating heat and humidity environment. It is mainly used for environmental adaptability testing of parts and materials of electronic, electrical, household appliances, automobiles and other products, and inspection of their performance indicators.
Features
1. Adopt full-tight Compressor imported from France, with environmentally friendly refrigerant R404A to ensure efficient and stable refrigeration system.
2. Equipped with the original 7-inch Chinese LCD touch screen controller (TEMI880) imported from Korea, the operation is intuitive, and it supports both temperature and humidity program control and Linear dispersion display.
3. The control system has high accuracy, temperature control accuracy up to +/- 0.1 ℃, humidity control accuracy up to +/- 1% RH, and has multiple sets of PID control and automatic calculation functions.
4. The program has a large capacity and supports up to 100 sets of programs, with a total of 5,000 program segments, which can meet the complex cycle testing requirements.
5. Equipped with power-off program memory and automatic connection execution functions to ensure the continuity and data integrity of the test.
6. The inner box is made of stainless steel plate (SUS #304), and the insulation layer is made of rigid polyurethane foam and Glass cotton, which has good thermal insulation performance.
Principle
The equipment precisely controls the temperature and humidity of the air in a closed test chamber through a refrigeration system (Compressor, condenser, evaporator, etc.) and a heating and humidification system. The control system monitors the environment in the box in real time through a Sensor (such as a Pt100 temperature sensor) according to the set program, and adjusts the output of the actuators such as refrigeration, heating, and humidification, so as to simulate the required high temperature, low temperature, constant heat and humidity or alternating heat and humidity test environment in the box.

Steps
1. Through the touch screen controller, use the conversational input method to edit or select the test program, and set the temperature and humidity parameters and time.
2. Put the sample to be tested into the test chamber and close the box door.
3. Start the program, the device starts to run, and the controller screen can display the set value and the actual value in real time. Linear dispersion.
4. During the operation, you can view the program execution period, remaining time, and the number of cycles.
5. After the test is completed, the equipment is stopped according to the program or manually, and the sample is removed.
Notice
* The device has the upper and lower limit standby and alarm functions. Please pay attention to the alarm prompt during operation.
When a fault occurs, the fault information can be displayed on the screen for troubleshooting.
The device has a button and screen lock (LOCK) function to prevent misoperation.

Optional R232 communication interface and software can be used for monitoring and data logging.
