Principle
The equipment precisely controls the temperature and humidity of the air in a closed test chamber through a refrigeration system (including Compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, etc.) and a heating and humidification system. The control system adjusts the output of cooling, heating and humidification components through PID calculus according to the set program, so that the environment in the box reaches and maintains the target temperature and humidity conditions to simulate the environment stress that the product needs to undergo.

Steps
1. Set the required temperature and humidity program, time, and number of cycles through the touch screen.
2. Place the sample in the inner box and close the door.
3. Start the device, the system will automatically run according to the setting program, and display the temperature and humidity Linear dispersion in real time.
4. During the test, the operating status and alarm information can be monitored through the screen.
5. After the test is completed, the equipment is stopped according to the program and the sample is taken out.
Notice
Equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated, non-direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
Do not use this equipment in flammable, explosive or corrosive environments.
When placing the sample, ensure that the air circulation in the box is not affected, and the total load should not exceed the specified capacity.
• Regularly check the refrigerant, Filter and other accessories to ensure the normal operation of the system.
• When the equipment is running or just stopped, do not touch the surface of the inner box and the heating and cooling components to prevent burns or frostbite.
