Overview
JIANGKAI NBC-HW-150 (-40 ℃) Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a test equipment used to simulate constant heat and humidity, high temperature, low temperature and alternating heat and humidity environment. Interior volume of the equipment is 150L, Temperature range -40~ 150 ℃, humidity control range 20~ 98% RH, mainly for electronic, electrical, household appliances, automobiles and other products parts and materials for environmental adaptability testing, inspection of its performance indicators.
Features
1. Adopt full-density Compressor imported from France, environmentally friendly refrigerant R404A, equipped with fin condenser and evaporator to form a refrigeration system with capacity control.
2. The control system adopts the original 7-inch Chinese LCD touch screen (TEMI880) imported from Korea, which supports simultaneous program control of temperature and humidity, Linear dispersion display and fault alarm display.
3. The controller has high accuracy, temperature +/- 0.1 ℃, humidity +/- 1% RH, with 6 sets of PID control parameter setting and automatic calculation function.
4. The program capacity is large, with a maximum of 100 sets of programs, a total of 5000 segments (SEGMENTS), and each segment can be repeability 9999 times.
5. It has the functions of power-off program memory and automatic connection execution after power-off, as well as operation functions such as program editing, clearing, and screen locking.
6. The inner box is made of stainless steel plate (SUS #304), the insulation layer is rigid polyurethane foam and Glass cotton, and the box door is equipped with three-layer vacuum observation window.
Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber works together with the refrigeration system (Compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, etc.) and the heating and humidification system (heating rod, humidification tube) to achieve precise control of the temperature and humidity in the box. The control system adjusts the output of the cooling, heating, humidification and other executive components through PID calculus according to the set program, so that the environment in the box can reach and maintain the required temperature and humidity conditions to simulate various humidity cabinet test environments.

Steps
1. Perform conversation input through the touch screen to set the required temperature and humidity program and time parameters.
2. Place the sample in the inner box and close the door.
3. Start the program, the device starts to run, and the screen can display the set value and the actual value in real time. Linear dispersion.
4. During operation, you can view the current execution program number, segment number, remaining time, and number of cycles.
5. When the program is completed or needs to be interrupted, stop the equipment and remove the sample according to the procedures.
6. Utilize the data recording function of the equipment (e.g. optional communication interface and software) to export test data.
Notice
Before running the equipment, ensure that the power supply is connected correctly and protected against leakage.
* Do not switch the door frequently when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the stability of the environment in the box and the test results.
When placing the sample, ensure that the air duct circulation is not blocked to ensure the uniformity of temperature and humidity.
* The device has an over-temperature protection function. If an alarm occurs, you need to check the fault according to the screen prompts before operating.
* Regularly check the status of consumables such as refrigerant and drying agent, and maintain as needed to ensure equipment performance.
* After the program is edited, the screen lock (LOCK) function can be used to prevent misoperation.
Optional R232 communication interface and software can realize remote monitoring and data recording, which need to be configured separately.
