Overview
JIANGKAI NBC-HW-150 (-40 ℃) Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a test equipment used to simulate high temperature, low temperature and constant, alternating heat and humidity environment. It mainly conducts environmental adaptability tests on parts and materials of electronic, electrical, household appliances, automobiles and other products, and inspects its performance indicators.
Features
1. Adopt fully dense Compressor imported from France, environmentally friendly refrigerant R404A, equipped with fin condenser and evaporator to form an efficient and stable refrigeration system.
2. The core control system is the original Korean imported TEMI880 all Chinese LCD 7-inch touch screen, the operation interface is friendly, and it supports both temperature and humidity program control and Linear dispersion display.
3. The controller has high accuracy, temperature +/- 0.1 ℃, humidity +/- 1% RH, with multiple sets of PID control, automatic calculation and automatic correction of wet and dry bulbs.
4. Large program capacity, supports up to 100 sets of programs, 5000 segments (SEGMENTS), each segment can be set up to 530 hours and 59 minutes, and has power-off memory and connection execution functions.
5. The inner box is made of stainless steel plate (SUS #304), the insulation layer is rigid polyurethane foam and Glass cotton, and the box door is equipped with three-layer vacuum observation window, which has good insulation and observation performance.
Principle
The equipment works together with the refrigeration system (Compressor, condenser, evaporator, etc.) and the heating system (heating rod) to achieve precise control of the temperature in the test chamber. The humidity control is regulated by the humidification system (humidifier tube) and the dehumidification system (auxiliary to the refrigeration system). The core Korean TEMI880 controller receives signals from the PT100 temperature sensor and humidity sensor. After PID operation, it outputs control instructions to the refrigeration, heating, humidification and other executive components, thereby creating and maintaining the set temperature and humidity environment in the box to simulate various climate conditions that the product may encounter in actual use.

Steps
1. Enter the program editing screen through the touch screen, and directly enter or edit the required temperature and humidity parameters and time.
2. Select or set the program group to be executed, and confirm parameters such as the number of cycles.
3. Put the sample to be tested into the test chamber and close the box door.
4. Start the set test program on the main interface of the controller.
5. During the test, the set value, actual value and program execution Linear dispersion can be observed in real time through the screen.
6. After the program runs, the device stops or stands by according to the setting, and the sample is taken out.
Notice
* The equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated place without direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
When placing the sample, ensure that the sample placement does not affect the air circulation in the box, and the total load should not exceed the specified limit.
When the equipment is running, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting the stability of temperature and humidity and the lifespan of the equipment.
Regularly check and clean the condenser, humidifying water tray and other components to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
* If the device fails, the screen will display an alarm message, please contact a professional according to the prompts, and do not disassemble and repair it yourself.
When not in use for a long time, the humidified water should be drained and powered on regularly.
