Overview
JIANGKAI NBC-HW-800 (-40 ℃) Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a test equipment used to simulate high temperature, low temperature and constant or alternating heat and humidity environment. Interior volume of the equipment is 800L, Temperature range -40~ 150 ℃, humidity control range 20~ 98% RH, mainly for electronic, electrical, household appliances, automobiles and other products parts and materials for environmental adaptability testing, inspection of its performance indicators.
Features
1. Adopt fully dense Compressor imported from France, environmentally friendly refrigerant R404A, equipped with fin condenser and evaporator to realize multi-stage automatic load capacity adjustment.
2. The original TEMI880 all Chinese LCD 7-inch touch screen controller imported from Korea has high accuracy (temperature +/- 0.1 ℃, humidity +/- 1% RH), supports programmable control of temperature and humidity at the same time, Linear dispersion display and fault alarm display.
3. The program capacity is large, with a maximum of 100 sets of programs, a total of 5000 segments, each command can be repeability up to 9999 times, with power-off program memory and automatic connection execution function after power-back.
4. The inner box adopts stainless steel plate (SUS #304), the insulation layer is rigid polyurethane foam and Glass cotton, and the box door is equipped with three-layer vacuum observation window, which has good thermal insulation performance.
5. Equipped with multiple safety protections, including over-temperature protection meters, sound and light alarms, heater protection, and leakage protection switches.
Principle
The device works together through a refrigeration system (Compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, etc.) and a heating and humidification system (heating rod, humidification tube) to precisely control the temperature and humidity of the air in a closed test chamber. The controller adjusts the power output of cooling, heating and humidification through PID algorithm according to the set program, while circulating the fan to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the box, thereby simulating the required high temperature, low temperature or constant/alternating heat and humidity environment.

Steps
1. Put the tested sample into the test chamber to ensure that the air circulation is not affected.
2. Set the required temperature and humidity program, time, and cycle times through the touch screen controller.
3. Start the device, the device will run automatically, and the controller will display the temperature and humidity Linear dispersion and program execution status in real time.
4. During the test, the sample status can be monitored through the observation window, and the controller is equipped with an alarm function.
5. After the test, the equipment can be stopped or standby according to the setting, and the sample can be taken out for testing.
Notice
* The equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated place without direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
Do not use this equipment near flammable, explosive or corrosive substances.
* When placing the sample, make sure not to block out the trend and back to the trend to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the box.
When the equipment is running, do not open and close the box door frequently to avoid affecting the stability of temperature and humidity and the lifespan of the equipment.
Regularly check the refrigerant, Filter and other components to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
* After high temperature or high humidity test, if you need to open the door, please pay attention to high temperature and high humidity air to prevent burns or condensation.
* When the device fails, the controller screen will display the fault information. Please contact a professional according to the prompts to deal with it, and do not disassemble it yourself.
When not in use for a long time, the power supply should be cut off and a good cleaning and maintenance work should be done.
