Overview
JIANGKAI NBC-HW-1000 (-40 ℃) Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a test equipment used to simulate high temperature, low temperature and constant or alternating heat and humidity environment. It mainly conducts environmental adaptability tests on parts and materials of electronic, electrical, household appliances, automobiles and other products, and inspects its performance indicators.
Features
1. Adopt fully dense Compressor imported from France, environmentally friendly refrigerant R404A, equipped with fin condenser and evaporator to form an efficient and stable refrigeration system.
2. Equipped with the original 7-inch Chinese LCD touch screen controller (TEMI880) imported from Korea, the operation interface is friendly, and it supports both temperature and humidity program control and Linear dispersion display.
3. The controller has high accuracy, temperature +/- 0.1 ℃, humidity +/- 1% RH, with multiple sets of PID control, automatic calculation and automatic correction of wet and dry bulbs.
4. The program capacity is large, with a maximum of 100 sets of programs, a total of 5000 segments (SEGMENTS), each segment can be set up to 530 hours and 59 minutes.
5. With power-off program memory and automatic connection execution function after power-up, as well as program Linear dispersion real-time display, screen locking and other control functions.
6. The inner box is made of stainless steel plate (SUS #304), and the insulation layer is made of rigid polyurethane foam and Glass cotton to ensure good temperature uniformity and Stability.
Principle
The equipment works together with the refrigeration system (Compressor, condenser, evaporator, etc.) and the heating system (heating rod) to achieve precise control of the temperature in the box. Humidity control is achieved by controlling the humidification pipe (which generates water vapor) and the equilibrate of refrigeration and dehumidification. The controller precisely adjusts the refrigeration, heating, humidification and other actuators according to the set program, so that the environment in the box changes between high and low temperatures and heating and humidity conditions as required to simulate the environmental stress required to test the product.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the main switch of the device.
2. On the 7-inch touchscreen controller, use the chat interface to edit or select the required test program, and set parameters such as temperature, humidity, and time.
3. Put the sample to be tested into the test chamber and close the box door.
4. Start the set program on the controller and the device starts running.
5. During operation, the actual temperature and humidity value (PV), set value (SV) and program execution Linear dispersion can be monitored in real time through the screen.
6. After the program is finished, the equipment can be set to stop or execute the next program segment. Before taking out the sample, make sure that the environment in the box is restored to a safe state.
Notice
* The equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated place without direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
Do not use this equipment near flammable, explosive or corrosive substances.
When placing the sample, ensure that the air circulation in the box is not affected, and the load should not exceed the specified capacity.
When the equipment is running, do not open and close the box door frequently to avoid affecting the stability of temperature and humidity and the lifespan of the equipment.
Regularly check the refrigerant, Filter and other components to ensure the normal operation of the refrigeration system.
When the equipment malfunctions and alarms, you should first check the fault information displayed on the screen, and contact a professional to deal with it according to the prompts. Do not disassemble it yourself.
Before performing maintenance or cleaning, be sure to cut off the total power supply of the equipment.
