JIANGKAI NBC-HW-50 (-60 ℃) Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a test equipment used to simulate high temperature, low temperature and constant heat and humidity, alternating heat and humidity environment. Features
1. Adopt fully dense Compressor imported from France, environmentally friendly refrigerant R404A, equipped with fin condenser and evaporator, and capacity control refrigeration system to ensure efficient and stable refrigeration performance.
2. The control system adopts the original TEMI880 all Chinese LCD 7-inch touch screen imported from Korea, which has a friendly interface and supports simultaneous program control of temperature and humidity, Linear dispersion display, fault alarm display and elimination.
3. The controller has high accuracy, temperature +/- 0.1 ℃, humidity +/- 1% RH, with 6 sets of PID control parameter setting and automatic calculation function.
4. The program capacity is large, with a maximum of 100 sets of programs, a total of 5000 segments (SEGMENTS), each command can be repeability up to 9999 times, and it has the function of automatic connection execution after power-off memory and power-back.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber creates and maintains a set temperature and humidity environment in a closed test space through the refrigeration system (Compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, etc.) and the heating and humidification system (heating rod, humidification tube, etc.). The control system (TEMI880 controller) receives signals from the temperature sensor (Pt100) and the humidity sensor, and uses PID calculations to precisely control the actions of the refrigeration, heating, dehumidification, humidification and other actuators, so that the temperature and humidity in the box are stable at the preset value, and the alternating test can be carried out according to the set program Linear dispersion.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the main switch of the device.
2. Enter the operation interface through the 7-inch touch screen controller.
3. Select the operating mode (set value or program) as required, and set parameters such as target temperature, humidity, and time, or call the edited test program.
4. After confirming that the parameters are correct, start the equipment, the equipment will run automatically, and control the refrigeration, heating, humidification and other systems to achieve the set environment.
5. During operation, the current temperature and humidity value (PV), set value (SV), program Linear dispersion, remaining time and equipment status can be observed in real time through the screen.
6. After the test is completed, the equipment can be set to stop or automatically enter the next program section. Before taking out the sample, make sure that the environment in the box is restored to a safe range.
7. Turn off the power supply of the equipment and perform necessary cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
* The equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated, non-direct sunlight, away from heat sources and flat ground.
Do not use this equipment near flammable, explosive, highly corrosive substances or samples containing such substances.
* When the equipment is running, do not open the box door frequently, so as not to affect the stability of temperature and humidity and increase the Compressor load.
* When placing the specimen, the air duct circulation outlet and inlet in the box should not be blocked to ensure uniform air circulation.
After conducting a low temperature or high humidity test, if you need to open the box door, be sure to pay attention to condensation or frost to prevent water from dripping into the electrical part.
Regularly check the refrigerant stock and clean the condenser dust to ensure the refrigeration efficiency.
When the equipment malfunctions and alarms, you should first check the screen prompt information and contact a professional to deal with it. Please do not disassemble and repair it yourself.
* When not in use for a long time, the power supply should be cut off, and the inside of the box should be cleaned and kept drying.
