Overview
JIANGKAI NBC-HW-80 (-60 ℃) Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a test equipment used to simulate constant heat and humidity, high temperature, low temperature and alternating heat and humidity environment. Interior volume of the equipment is 80L, Temperature range -60 ℃ to 150 ℃, humidity control range 20% RH to 98% RH, mainly used for inspection of electronic, electrical, household appliances, automobiles and other product parts and materials under complex temperature and humidity conditions performance indicators and adaptability.
Features
1. Adopt fully dense Compressor imported from France, environmentally friendly refrigerant R404A, equipped with fin condenser and evaporator, and refrigeration system with capacity control to ensure efficient and stable refrigeration performance.
2. The control system adopts the original TEMI880 all Chinese LCD 7-inch touch panel imported from Korea, which is intuitive to operate, supports simultaneous program control of temperature and humidity, Linear dispersion display and multiple sets of PID control.
3. The program capacity is large, the maximum can be set 100 sets of programs, a total of 5000 program segments, each command can be repeability of 9999 times, and has the function of automatic connection execution after power-off program memory and power-up.
4. The inner box is made of stainless steel plate (SUS #304), the insulation layer is rigid Polyurethane foam and Glass cotton, and the box door is equipped with three-layer vacuum layer observation window, which has good insulation and observation effect.
5. High Accuracy Control, Temperature accuracy +/- 0.1 ℃, Humidity accuracy +/- 1% RH, with upper and lower limit standby, alarm and fault display functions.
Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber works together with the refrigeration system (Compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, etc.) and the heating and humidification system (heating rod, humidification tube) to achieve precise control of the temperature and humidity in the test chamber. The control system (TEMI880 temperature and humidity control instrument) receives signals from the temperature sensor (Pt100) and the humidity sensor. Through PID calculation, the output control signal drives the cooling, heating, humidification and other executive components, so that the environment in the box can quickly reach and stabilize at the set temperature and humidity conditions to simulate the required test environment.

Steps
1. Perform conversation input through the touch screen to set the required temperature and humidity program (SV value), time, and number of cycles.
2. After confirming that the program is edited correctly, start the device and start running.
3. During the operation, the set value/actual value (PV) Linear dispersion, the current program segment, the remaining time and the accumulated operation time can be observed in real time through the screen.
4. After the program execution is completed or the set conditions are reached, the device will stop or enter the standby state according to the setting.
5. After the test, remove the sample and perform data recording and analysis if necessary.
Notice
* Equipment should be installed and used under the specified environment conditions to ensure good ventilation.
Do not open and close the box door frequently when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the temperature and humidity stability and test results.
When placing the sample, ensure that the air circulation in the box is not affected, and the load should not exceed the specified capacity.
* Regularly check the status of consumables such as refrigerant and drying agent, and maintain as needed.
* The device has an alarm function. If there is a failure, please check according to the screen prompt information, and do not force it.
* When conducting high and low temperature or humidity cabinet tests, please pay attention to the safety of condensate treatment and equipment grounding.
Optional R232 communication interface and software can be used for remote monitoring and data recording.
